WINDSOR LADIES VERY SUCCESSFUL IN BRISBANE DISTRICT TRIPLES

The BDBA Ladies Triples were held on Saturday & Sunday at Ferny Grove and after two very competitive games on Saturday, the Final on Sunday was set up for Lee & Amy Evans and Pauline Okon to play Liz Ferguson (Ferny Grove), Denice McLean and Sue O’Toole.  Congratulations to both teams for making it into the Final after defeating teams from Samford and Ferny Grove.

The predicted temperature for Sunday was 34 degrees and all players battled the challenging conditions with the eventual Winners being Liz Ferguson, Denice McLean & Sue O’Toole.  The game was played in a very sportsmanlike manner with quite a few spectators from Windsor and the Brisbane District, there for support which was much appreciated.
