TIV Social Bowls Club

On Thursday, 27 July, a group of members travelled to Warwick for a social game of bowls as part of the Jumpers and Jazz festival.  Everyone was very warmly welcomed with a mug of hot soup by our delightful hosts.

Although everyone took enough warm clothing to go to the Antarctic they weren’t needed as the day was perfect, clear blue skies with crisp fresh air but warm enough to not need a jumper. Whilst in Warwick everyone had the opportunity to visit the main streets to see the trees all dressed up in their “winter woollies”; it was really interesting and fun.

Worth another visit next year if the opportunity arises.
