STATE CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS FOURS

Kelly Gauntlett’s Team of Lee Evans, Pat Wales & Robyn Williams played their hearts out in the State Champion of Champions Playoffs defeating Miriam Vale Bowls Club in the 1^st Round and Roma Bowls Club in the 2^nd Round.  They were up and rearing to go on the Sunday morning but went down fighting to Wangaratta Bowls Club by a few shots.

They did a remarkable job and played off for the Bronze Medal against Lyndsey Clark’s Team from Helensvale.  The girls did their very best but eventually went down to Helensvale.

Well done to our girls ending up 4^th in the State.  What an achievement.
